We built this because agencies were charging enterprise prices for junior-level work, and the solo freelancer market offered no certainty. We wanted neither. Small on purpose: expert from day one, fair on price, and the person you hire is the person who shows up and does the work.
Eleven years in ecommerce, from warehouse and fulfilment up to managing director and national operations, then director of a group taking £40m a year, £25m+ of it web, and that web number is the one carried. Lives the commercial side every day: SEO, CRM, performance, security, the lot. Knows what to do and when, because the cost of getting it wrong has been on the books.
Eight years as an Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 developer, four of them with Hyvä and the last couple working inside the Hyvä ecosystem itself. This is current, hands-on engineering: migrations, upgrades, performance and clean code, from someone who knows the platform from the inside, not from a course.
