Everything below is delivered by the two of us. We started Anvil Digital because we were tired of seeing merchants pay agency prices for junior work and bloated invoices. Two seniors, one roof: the strategy and the build, with no account managers, no hand-offs, no one learning on your budget.
Build & development
Adobe Commerce and Magento 2 work, from new features to fixes to full builds, written and shipped by a developer with eight years on the platform. No tickets passed down a chain; the person scoping it is the person committing it.
Hyvä migrations & support
Hyvä is a front end, and a very good one: fast, lean and increasingly the default for serious Magento stores. We migrate existing themes to Hyvä, upgrade and improve what you've got, and support it properly afterwards. We work inside the ecosystem day to day, so you're getting current knowledge, not a tutorial read last week.
Strategy & roadmap
Advice from someone who has carried the number, not just consulted on it. Eleven years in ecommerce up to director level, owning £25m+ of annual web revenue. We help you decide what to do and when, in the context of margin, forex, shipping and the realities of running an online business.
Speed & security
Core Web Vitals, WAF/CDN configuration and search-result health, owned end to end. We measure where you actually are, then fix what actually matters for real users and for ranking, not just a lab score.
SEO & CRM
We currently run both of these departments day to day, so you get hands-on work rather than a strategy deck and an invoice. Search and lifecycle, done by the people responsible for them, never subcontracted out and marked up.
Deployment, Git & testing
We don't sell hosting, but we'll deploy cleanly to your environment, keep version control tidy, and set up automated testing inside your own accounts so it carries on protecting you long after a given piece of work is done.
How engagements work
For defined projects: a migration, a build, a specific piece of work. Scoped and quoted up front so you know the number before we start.
For ongoing work, hourly or on a rolling 3-month agreement: enough to plan around, short enough that we earn it every quarter. Nothing longer, and an audit is available on request but never required.
